As a Provider of Medical Services Loughton Community Health's contract is to provide NHS services to our own registered patients. All patients are treated equally and fairly in regards to appointment allocation and the high level of care we aim to provide.
The practice is dedicated to providing a high level of medical care for our patients. We continuously strive to improve our services by encouraging staff attendence on update courses, organising in-house teaching sessions and audits for all staff. The practice also undertakes the teaching and training of other healthcare students and professionals.

NEW ONLINE SERVICES
In order to help improve access we are now offering an Appointments Online Booking Service to enable you to book appointments using the internet. You will be able to search, view and book available appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. You will also be able to cancel and check appointments already booked.
These slots are 10 minutes doctor appointments only and must not be used for medicals, cervical smears, new patient checks, vaccinations or blood tests.
If you would like to use this service please come into the surgery in person with photo ID so that we can issue you with a password and instructions to get you started. Unfortunately to ensure patient confidentiality and to comply with the Data Protection Act we will not be able to do this initial step over the telephone.
Each individual patient will need to register with the Appointments Online Booking Service which will provide you with a unique login username and password. If you wish to book appointments for other members of your family they will need to be registered for the service separately and they will be given a unique username and password.
If you lose your login username or password then you will need to re-register. You will have to call in person to collect a new registration document. Nobody else can collect it on your behalf. You will need to show your ID documents again.
This practice account will also give you access to the Online Prescription Services which will enable you to request any regular prescribed medications.
