Welcome to Traps Hill SurgeryAs a Provider of Medical Services Loughton Community Health's contract is to provide NHS services to our own registered patients. All patients are treated equally and fairly in regards to appointment allocation and the high level of care we aim to provide. The practice is dedicated to providing a high level of medical care for our patients. We continuously strive to improve our services by encouraging staff attendence on update courses, organising in-house teaching sessions and audits for all staff. The practice also undertakes the teaching and training of other healthcare students and professionals.
Practice News and NoticesThere are currently no notices. Change of HoursFrom 1 May 2011 the additional service provided to patients who are not registered at Traps Hill Surgery ceased. This service was not well utilised and in order to ensure that money is well spent for the majority of patients in West Essex, this service was not considered to be value for money. This decision was agreed by local stakeholders and ratified by the Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee of the Local Authority. Traps Hill Surgery opening hours are as follows:

We plan to put out a Patient Survey later on this year in which you can voice any opinions and encourage those who wish to, to come along to our next Patient Participation Group with any suggestions for further improvements.
